Property is expensive and billed as a fancy, chiq hotel but it’s super run down. Everything in the room is falling apat, the stairs are warped and the grounds are meh. Everything is expensive, mediocre cafe for fancy prices, expensive drinks by the pool. Pay for parking but no one ever checks the lot. Was told housekeeping came automatically each day but the didn’t our first day so we had to request it. We were told due to occupancy they were trying to get to everyone but couldn’t. That was a Wednesday. When they did come, they emptied one of two trash cans, didn’t remove towels from the floor and only sort of put the bedding back on the bed. The pool was nice though a little chilly. The fitness center was decent though had tweens running in and out most the times we visited. Location to old town was great for walking. The front desk and folks answering the text messages (since no phones on the room) were kind and helpful. For the price, we won’t be staying there again.

This is false advertising. Property does not match the photos. Everything is dirty and dated. The room did not match the photo at all! I did not have a desk in my room. Bathroom had no electricity. I came in from a 22 hr flight, past midnight and stayed the night and checked myself into another hotel the following day. Front desk raised no issue and said I would get a refund from Expedia/Orbitz because the property would not charge me for the nights I didn’t stay and they printed me an invoice for the one night only. Now Orbitz is telling me I would not be given a refund. If you want to have a horrible time, book this hotel.

The staff was so accommodating and gave us the best room location for the bachelorette party I was hosting. They worked hard to accommodate things for the bride to make her more comfortable. The hotel location was perfect for walking to restaurants and to night life! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was centrally located. Walkable to old town with lots of restaurants options nearby. Pool was great, wish you didn’t have to walk to the lobby to grab a drink during the week. The property, lobby, pool area, and gym were well kept. The bathroom in the room needs love, along with the towels. Not very clean and not up to par with the vibe the hotel gives off.

This is an old motel that is advertised as a hotel. I would have never stayed here. After staying here I would never stay again. It is an old motel with a popcorn ceiling and chipping paint in bath tub.

This property is older and you can tell once you arrive however, it was clean and staff was nice. The first night e we had no washcloths in our room, there was a cleaning cart near by but nobody around, I tried to find washcloths myself and there was only towels and hand towels on the cart. I did not call down to ask it wasn’t such a big deal. While using the gym we tried all the light switches and it was only barely lit up. Enough you could see but the amount of light is what you would leave on over night. At the ice machine they also had a filter water station that was very appreciated. We used the hot tub, it was nice and warm and the pressure on the jets were good. I would stay here again

Would have expected more

For $300/night I would in todays day expect a medium range quality accommodation. The fan in our bedroom was LOUD. It sounded like an airplane was coming in for a landing - which isn’t the most pleasant sound to wake up to at 2am. The tiles and grout in the bathroom were cracked and worn. The slides on the patio doors were broken and the room never got below 74 degrees.
