The reason for the lower ratings is because of the following issues:- The host sent me a message the day before saying that no parties can take place. I found this odd and kind of irritating since they didn’t send any other info than that message. Like I’m going have a party in their home. Smh. - The listing said they would send the key code 3 days before but I had to message the host 3 times to ask for it including 15 minutes before checkin time which I didn’t particularly care for. - The home is rather outdated and feels well lived in. The owners seem like they either live there or moved and kept all the old furniture. It has a very lived in feel. While it was fairly clean it just wasn’t what I was expecting. - The pool was very dirty and I didn’t even use it because of The condition. I don’t want to sound too picky so overall it wasn’t bad for the price just a few things to point out.
