This well-laid out, Air-Conditioned Home has Space for Everyone, and includes a Well-Stocked Kitchen, a Smart 50” TV, High Speed Wireless Internet, & W/D. Gorgeous Pool features Table with In-Pool seating and Delightful Waterfall. The Primary Suite features a King size “Purple” bed, Full En-Suite BA, Large Walk-in Closet, & Dedicated Workspace. Bedroom 2 features a Queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has two XL Twin beds. Relax & Enjoy a Beverage by the Pool, Dine Al-Fresco, take in Ballgames at nearby Surprise Stadium or Peoria Sports Complex, or play one of the 9 nearby Golf Courses. You may also enjoy walking the Paved Paths throughout the Neighborhood, hiking the nearby White Tank Mountains, or exploring all of the nearby Dining & Shopping options. Great property, perfect location!

We loved this VRBO property, especially the nice pool and backyard after a long, hot day. It was 5 minutes from the Texas Rangers and KC Royals practice fields which was super convenient for us. 5 minutes in another direction you could find all the conveniences; Walmart, Target, fast food, restaurants, and other shopping. The communication was fantastic, the house was just as described and it was super clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfy, cool and clean!

Stayed here for a baseball tournament during an extreme heat warning in Surprise. We had no issues staying cool in the house. The pool was warm (expected for the temps) but still fun and cooled us off. Really happy with how clean the house was. Beds and accommodations were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back.

Perfect place to stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament nearby and this was the PERFECT place to stay. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips! Great and easy communication, quiet, nice neighborhood, refreshing pool, and good air conditioning! We will be back!

This was our second time staying at this house. The owners are very nice and accommodating. Super clean, comfortable, perfect house for our sons baseball tournament. Loved having the pool to cool off in too. Would definitely stay there again!

Baseball Weekend

We loved this house. It was so cozy and great location. Our son was playing baseball at Surprise Stadium and it was a quick drive each morning. The pool was the best! After a long hot day at the field we were able to cool off and relax by the pool. We enjoyed nightly dinners at the dining table (fit all of us). Very clean and had everything we needed plus some extras. Thank you! We will probably be back next year for baseball.

Convenient, Clean, and Charming

This property is conveniently situated near the Royals' Spring Training fields, which is a definite plus. The management team was very responsive and very accommodating throughout our stay. We did face some unusually cool weather for a few days, and I appreciated how effectively we were able to communicate with management to adjust the home's temperature. We enjoyed the walking trail, convenience of restaurants and nearby shopping. We would definitly rent again.
