Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. Ideal for families or adults looking to escape the noise! The home is approx 3100 sq. ft and is beautifully maintained by pride of ownership. The home offers 3 bedrooms on the main level plus a lovely private master up, with spacious ensuite and private balcony overlooking pool and grounds. The pool and Fire-pit are totally private as you look towards the desert landscape. The outdoor BBQ grill area overlooks the pool w misters to keep you cool on hot days! There's plenty of Outdoor lounge furniture to enjoy the pool, outdoor fireplace and sunshine. The home is situated in a very private residential (desert landscaped) neighborhood. Quiet & private location all homes spread far apart from each other on large lots

We are located off Shea Blvd at 128th St approx 10 min east of the 101 loop. 20 min to Old Scottsdale and 35 min to Sky Harbour Int'l Airport. The area is surrounded by world class Golf Courses and fabulous shopping in upscale Scottsdale.

For those with Pet Allergies we are a NO Pet and Non Smoking property. Please note, Pool Heat is an extra charged calculated manually after booking based on the time of year. Pool Heat is only required from October to May. For longer term bookings please inquire with the owner regarding the cancellation policy and deposit schedule. Our favorite home we have rented in 5 years running. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Pros: pool was amazing! Patio space was clean and comfortable. Rooms we comfortable and private for the most part (one is a jack and Jill area). Sunsets were beautiful! Outdoor fireplace was awesome. If you visit be sure to be there at sunset to check out the Gambel Quails settle into the tree for the night. It was very facilitating. Kitchen appliances, silverware and cookware was totally stocked. Cons: TV in the living room. We gave up. It shouldn’t be this hard with the cost of smart TV’s today. That was all we found. It just forced us to hang out by the fireplace instead!Thanks again!
