A little piece of heaven

What a great stay! Such a beautiful home, with everything we needed. My husband and I, along with another couple travelled to Phoenix for WM Open. This home fit our needs to perfection. Both couples had ample room for themselves, without being in the way of each other. I have to say, the couches in main living area are SO COMFORTABLE! This home is immaculately clean, grounds are immaculate, this home has all you need. Entry instructions super easy, owners responded quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Super place to stay

Everything was great. I was easily able to communicate with the owner before, during and afterwards. No problem with getting in. Everything was in good shape and extremely well organized. A very helpful and thorough folder had everything we needed to know in it. It included directions even had pictures for helpful guidance. We used all four bedrooms and each of us mentioned how comfortable the beds were. It was mid February but we were still able to heat the whirlpool up to a desired level. Never used the fire pit or outdoor gas grill but nice to know they were available if desired. Great open floor plan. The Primary Bedroom is on one side of the house, while the other 3 bedrooms are on the other side with a very cute TV room in between. We all were thoroughly pleased with our rental and give assurance that others will too.

Very responsive owner

We initially had a problem with getting the spa to heat up. Text the owner & Face timed. She was very responsive and sent the help we needed immediately. The house, pool, and spa were wonderful! We did NOT use the property manager but this survey required me to rate.
