Pool was closed for “maintainence” but no one was as ever working on it while I was there. A/C would not work properly second night of my stay and when I called at 9:00 to say it was 79 degrees in the room with the A/C having been set to 65 all day, I was told there was no one who could help but that they would move me to another room. Right, I’m going to pack up all my stuff and move to another room because you don’t choose to have anyone on staff who knows how to operate and/or fix the A/C. Poor staffing.

We loved our room and the location. It was on the second floor above the Jacuzzi. The problem is the pool area was closed at the time for maintenance. The only other thing I can say that was negative is the breakfast was closed Friday and Saturday. We understand the hotel recently opened and they are still staffing. But we will go back there again visiting friends and relatives in the valley. Thnx R Nuss

The amenities were a bit weak. Had a bar but was closed on Saturday and Sunday. Purchased two bottles of Aquafina water for $7. Charge a premium for double room when most others do not.

I only stay here because it is next to the Scottsdale Mayo Clinic. The hotel is fairly terrible. It was made much worse because there was no hot water. Taking a cold shower is a hard way to start the day.

Having been to this same hotel in October the price increased in 3 months. It Seemed run down and neglected. Trash can at entrance was overflowing and not attended for two days. Bed could use a new replacement.

Very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and room was adequate. Would like to have some heat in bathroom area since it was cold. A nightlight in the toilet area would be nice for those middle of the night needs. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.
