For it being $230 for two nights I expected a little more decent of an area at least. Not having a fridge in the room or breakfast either kind of sucked for that price. When Expedia says “what you see is what you pay” it’s not the case. I had to pay an extra $75 for a deposit when I checked in. I gave them an extra star just because it was pretty clean but that’s about the only nice thing to say. When I asked if they offer a later check out the response I got from front desk was “we filled up last night so we are kind of just waiting for everyone to get out.”

Cuando llegamos se veia un poco sucio, y cuando subimos a la hanitacipn la alfombra gambien, no cuidan mucho los detalles como personal gritando en el, esa fue la primera experiencia, pero siendo justos debo decir que nos gusto el cuarto, si estaba limpio y muy comodo, dormimos bien, aunque en la mañana quisimos agarrar cafe y no tenian se habia acabado, no cuidan los eae tipo de detalles con el cliente como anteriormente lo mencione

Mold on the bathroom we got a non smoking room the room smellled like smoke we turned on the heater but it reeked so bad. Toilet does not flush right Not enough toiletries only one small soap paper roll was empty but there was a new one on top. Coffee maker with no coffee Iron board very dirty A lot of knocking and banging noise and screaming from the next room. Doors at office are filthy elevator disgusting The carpet and floor were filthy the back of the beds are filthy. Front desk at check in were just fooling around while there was a line waiting to check in. We came back from the event and we tried to get extra soap and towels but the wait to even talk to the employee was exhausting we just went up our room and slept couldn't shower because there was only one soap 2 towels for 4 people? You gotta be kidding me ! I've stayed at red roof in and the experience was very different this location just not it you can tell the there was some weird stuff going on there if you have small kids or women do not stay there alone!

I personally did not see the pool, but my roommates told me it looked getto. I remember seeing two individuals - one sitting near the elevator - and the other sitting outside the back door. They both looked high as a kite.
