Hey it was a great stay I appreciate the warm welcome ! Will be looking forward to book again soon , one thing your cleaners are very very rude ! We cleaned much as possible we were waitin for our transportation to airport they didn’t knock they just walked in and we’re just very rude tried to make us leave after we informed our transportation was 5mins away

Home was very clean, nice location and easy to find. The kids loved the backyard! Beds were not queen size as advertised but full size. A welcome booklet would have been appreciated with instructions on wifi, cleaning/checkout, TVs, pool, etc. Overall a great place to stay.

The hosts responses were timely to the many texts we sent, however, not all were resolved. We seemed to have problems each day. Broken unusable drawer in bathroom; fridge water filter replaced; broken irrigation causing puddle in back yard; dryer didn’t work and was replaced with a broken unit. We hung our clothes to dry on pool fence.Kitchen amenities were good except we bought dish soap and lighter for bbq that wouldn’t light. Not getting a good nights sleep due to 3 of 4 beds which are extremely firm and uncomfortable. Mattress toppers would help. I used 2 blankets under sheet to create some softness. Floors were very dirty. Maintenance is needed.

House was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice the playground swings are broken so only the slide can be used. Fire alarms beeped constantly in the bedrooms. Plug for outdoor lights is a hazard broken with metal exposed. Overall nice place to stay just a few minor things that need to be repaired.

Great stay just wish I was notified someone was staying outside 2 of the bedroom windows that was a little alarming when I looked out and all I saw was a man’s feet dangling outside the door of a built room and beer cans next to him. I didn’t even know this right away because I didn’t think to look out those windows

Beautiful, clean home, we had a wonderful time staying here with the kids! They loved the pool and outdoor swing-set/ slide, and provided indoor toys to play with as well! House had all we needed as far as blankets, pillows, towels, and kitchenware. Would stay again!

Good for kids/families

This house had 4 bedrooms and a great outdoor space for kids. The pool was gated and it felt very secure. The beds are advertised as queen size but they are actually full size beds. The propane tank was empty and they don’t refill it which is good to know in case you want to grill. The pool is also not heated so was chilly for little kids. Otherwise a great place for kids/families looking for a gated off pool.

Perfect for My Family

This home was perfect for my husband, me, and our three girls. It was very clean and located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Each of my daughters had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the modern/minimalistic decor allowed us to feel at ease during our stay. My daughters, who are pre-teens, loved the backyard playground and pool. The home is close to shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and friendly. 100% recommend!

The house is great! A couple of things that would be nice is if there were hand towels and it would have been nice to know that someone is living in a fenced part of the yard. We tried to call Omar the day of our arrival, but he did not return our call.

Perfect for family gatherings!

We were in Phoenix for a wedding and wanted a place big enough for all of us so we could spend extra time together. We had plenty of space. The backyard was amazing and gave our 3 grandsons lots of room to run around. It was winter so we couldn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice. It had a safety fence which we appreciated. The kitchen had a large refrigerator and a double oven. The location was very convenient to the 51 and 101. I recommend this property for your next family gathering!

Soccer Weekend

We chose this location because of its proximity to a soccer complex we were using for the weekend. The house was spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed to make multiple meals and there were many restaurants and stores within 15 minutes drive. The backyard was an amazing place to hang out even though the pool isn’t hearted and was freezing. :) They were super accommodating to our requests and we are so appreciative. We would stay again.
