During our stay, part of the bathroom ceiling collapsed, creating a serious safety hazard. If someone had been standing underneath, it could have resulted in a serious injury. This was extremely concerning and made us feel unsafe.
On the second night, we attempted to use the fire pit, but the front desk informed us that it was out of propane and that maintenance would fix it the next day. Unfortunately, when we checked again on the third night, nothing had been repaired, and we were unable to use the fire pit at all during our stay.
On the morning of checkout, around 11:00 a.m., I went to the front desk to speak with a manager. I waited for approximately 15 minutes, but no one was present. The desk was completely unattended, and there was no one available to assist or answer questions.
Later, my credit card was charged without any explanation, and I did not receive a receipt or breakdown of the charges. This lack of communication and transparency was very frustrating.
Overall, this was not a pleasant experience. The safety issue with the ceiling collapse, combined with the lack of responsiveness and unclear charges, made this stay disappointing and concerning.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
