One member of our group is mobility-impaired and uses a walker, so before booking we specifically called to confirm that the property did not have stairs. We were told that the only stairs on the property were those leading to the rooftop, which made us feel comfortable proceeding with the reservation.Unfortunately, that information was completely inaccurate. The property actually has three flights of stairs, which created significant difficulty for our party member. Because navigating the stairs with a walker was so challenging, she was unable to join many of our group activities since simply getting in and out of the building was a major ordeal.When we contacted the host to explain the situation, we were told that we must not have called them or that we had called the wrong number. That response was extremely frustrating, as the person we spoke with had clearly discussed this specific property with us in detail before we booked. When we raised the issue with the property manager, the response was essentially that it was not their problem.The inaccurate information about accessibility created a very difficult situation for our group, and the lack of concern from management was disappointing. For anyone traveling with mobility issues, we cannot recommend this property.
