it was more like 2.5 stars (between average and poor). It's less than average, but it was just a place to sleep and shower for us. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower, bring your own. Also, people were smoking outside our door so often that our room smelled of smoke, they should make a smoking area near the pool in the parking lot. Uncomfortable beds too, but we did not expect much.

The TV did not work, we called front desk and the staff offered no solution, like this was a reoccurring problem and did not want to waste time with us to solve it

Pretty sketchy hotel. Doors looked like they had been opened by the police a few times then patched back up. The card readers barely worked. Felt a bit like there were drug deals going on. Rooms were dingy at best. I was concerned about leaving camera, etc. in my room. Not a very pleasant stay.

I was thinking maybe it was just the nighttime lady that was rude but now it was the daytime lady as well. The nighttime lady acted like it was my fault and I should’ve known to tell them I had a vehicle so I could get a parking permit, it was not offered at all. I had to go down there and get it with a baby at 1 AM or I could’ve risk being towed that was not a concern. How do I not prepaid in full? I would’ve immediately left. The area is gross high crime lots of drug activity. The hotel itself. I think the last time it was cleaned was about 1984. Everything was disgusting And explicitly said no smoking within 20 feet there was smoking everywhere you could not escape it it was a cigarette smell and other smoke. Lots of homeless people on site camped out overall zero stars I felt very inane and worried about my personal property. This hotel should be condemned. You don’t expect much from a motel six but you expect to be greeted properly to be safe and clean. If you’re a normal person just looking for a reasonable place to stay and you value safety and cleanliness. I would not stay here if you have zero other options it might be considerable but for an extra $20 I would’ve rather stayed anywhere else again if I had not paid in full, I would’ve left promptly it was that bad
