Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ This casita is located at the back of the house. Guests will not have access to the main house but can enjoy a completely private stay with their own separate entrance. Make yourself at home!



➤ Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for regular cars or SUVs only (no trailers, mobile homes, boats, or anything not considered a regular car or SUV).

Located in a central Phoenix neighborhood, this casita offers easy access to the best of the city. You’ll find local coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores just around the corner. Downtown Phoenix, the Biltmore area, and popular attractions like the Phoenix Art Museum, Heard Museum, and Desert Botanical Garden are only a short drive away. With quick access to AZ-51 and I-10, exploring the wider Phoenix area is simple and convenient.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
