Code didn't work

It's a big place with many entrance doors. I got an email with a code to get in but it didn't specify which door would be closest to our room and when I tried, the code didn't work. I had to make several calls to management while waiting outside the building (at the wrong door) before we were told which door to go to and how to open the doors. The apartment was clean but very outdated. There is a cooktop and some dishes and utensils but not even a grain of salt to use for cooking. It was easier to eat out for every meal. We use to be property managers and we always had the basics stocked in the kitchens - olive oil, salt & pepper, and a full spice rack.

The 2 bedroom was in terrible condition. The pictures on the internet are NOT accurate. The entire place was filthy dirty, towels had hair on them, shower curtains had hair on them. Floor has never been cleaned. The couch was falling apart and stained and dirty. Beds old. They are trying to fix it up but kitchen and living need help. Hallway smells terrible Do not stay here not worth the money at all Only good thing is the location.

Roomy and well equipped for longer stays

My stay at Scottsdale Metro Apartments was very good. I felt relaxed and enjoyed the big open space. I liked having a full kitchen as well.

Not worth the money. Very run down. Was supposed to have a remodeled unit, but if it was remodeled, it was a very poor job. Very slippery shower and no grab bars at all. Smell in hallway of sewage.

Older apartment bad smells

The apartment we were given for our two weeks day was in poor condition. Screens were laying on the floor below us. Windows didn't open in the living room. Window in the bedroom came loose frame and all. The smell was overpowering. I don't know what that smell was! I have never smelled anything like it before

Apartment was nice. Need some updating, better bedding, more toiletries. The lobby doesn’t open until 9am which means no morning gym time. Location was good. Pool was nice. Overall not bad.

The hotel was in a good neighborhood but it had homeless sleeping at the pool at night, very seedy with odd people that around the property during night hours. Rooms had terrible smell, furniture was damaged and old, beds were horrible. Felt like it was unsafe environment for children.

Never ever again warning disgusting

The room was disgusting and it smelled very bad it smelled like chewing tobacco and cheap Cologne the air was smoking and heavy. We didn’t even want to bring in our luggage out of fear that our clothes would smell like the room. we did not even sleep in the bed. We were totally grossed out by the place there were cockroaches and ants in the kitchen and living room it was located next to the linen closet, which you would think would smell great like fresh laundry, but it smelled like a musky stink bomb like rotten eggs, and mildew. I did bring it up to the person I was communicating with at the front. I expressed that we needed to switch rooms and that we couldn’t barely breathe in there after I didn’t hear anything back immediately. I decided that I would try to open up the windows, I was able to get two of the windows open one of them upon me, lifting it didn’t have the safety latches on the side, and it came crashing down, almost took off my hand at that point I had just had it. It was dangerous. It was disgusting it smelled, and it was not at all anything I would ever pay for again.

Glad it was only one night

We never received our code for check in-fortunately we had the Metro number and was able tow receive the code. The toilet ran all night in the room. Musky smell in the apartment.
