The mattresses are useless, the pillows are uncomfortable, the carpets are old, and the bathroom is leaking. It needs a lot of maintenance.

Extra mile

Front-desk staff, Akim, was so helpful and wonderful. After a 5:35 a.m. flight into Phoenix and breakfast with friends, we arrived at the hotel at 10:15 a.m., prepared to hang in the lobby until a room was ready for us. He found one quickly, and it made all the difference in the world to be able to shower, rest, and unpack before we met with other locals for a long day of activities. Set a great tone for the trip, and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was a nice hotel with free parking. And free breakfast from 7-9. We used it as our base hotel during spring training. We visited multiple parks

This facility was actually older than the pictures implied. It was not very clean. No riom service. We would not recommend.

Liked the room design/setup. Room was pretty clean overall but the bathroom was really beat up. Cracked toilet, paint chipping, bathtub definitely needed to be replaced, it was rusting through right where you stand.
