No quarters available at hotel for laundry

Our stay was 5 days. Needed to do laundry, but the hotel did not keep cash (quarters) on hand for the guests. Each machine required $2.75 in quarters (not card enabled). We had to find a bank to get the quarters. Not an easy process for out of towners not familiar with the area. I told the front desk to tell the manager this is not acceptable if they offer laundry facilities for the guests. All they offered were excuses.

Breakfast is minimal at best.

Breakfast was dismal. Hardboiled eggs and gray sausages. That was it for any kind of hot food. If you want to compete, you’ll have to do better. This is the reason I won’t stay here again.

The room above us flooded and water was leaking from the roof onto our belongings and electrical appliances. There was no maintenance available and the noise from the water kept us awake. We paid over $500 for our stay for two days and it definitely wasn’t worth it.
