Room with large hole where someone slammed the door, TV did not have a power cable unable to turn it on. Out side stair way with large very soft area I stepped in it and almost went thru the stair

There were no hand rails on the tub enclosure. For older people these help to get in to and out of the tub. Everything else was just fine. Thanks

room was totally digusting, filthy, smelled, door did not secure properly, no breakfast,coffee maker missing parts, shady people lurking in stairwells, people urinating against wall on balcony, used drug needles everywhere. most disgusting room ever rented. should ask for a full refund

This place was disgusting. Photos are extremely deceptive. Cigarette holes in sheets, rooms smell of smoke, cats running around outside everywhere, and no remote for the tv. I reserved a suite, they put me in a regular room (disgusting room) then I asked about suite, they gave the room to someone else so they put me in a different room, again disgusting. So I packed up and left. Haven’t received my refund yet.
