It is just a 5-minute drive to Old Town, 2 minutes to Biltmore, and 10 minutes from the airport. This area is recognized as one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Arizona. The home features a beautifully designed courtyard, situated in the vibrant heart of Arcadia.

With a charming bubbling fountain in the courtyard and a saltwater pool and hot tub in the backyard, this property is ideal for hosting gatherings. The outdoor space includes a classic American-style backyard, complete with a sparkling pool, barbecue area, spa, fire pit, misting system, mature landscaping, lush grass, and an extended covered patio.

This property is vacant when we arrived. The host never returned our call. We were left searching for a lace to stay at 8pm. We we very disappointed.

SCAM !!! This place is NOT FOR LEASE which we found when we arrived for check-in. Squatters living in home. First clue, property was trashed. VRBO was unwilling to make accommodations for a property clearly not available. SECOND property we attempted to lease, SAME THING! We have been long time and frequent customers of VRBO but no longer. They do not take responsibility for leasing us two properties that were unavailable and offered us a whopping 120 compensation after forcing us to TWICE find a hotel.
