I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room felt unsanitary, particularly the carpets, which were in such bad condition that we avoided spending time in the room without shoes on. The amenities were no better; the pool was dirty, and there was visible black mold in the hot tub. I regret not booking a higher-quality hotel and would not recommend staying here.

I rarely ever complain but our room stunk so bad. Horrible musty wet dog smell even after opening all the windows and front door. The room above us was leaking into our shower, they offered to change our room but it was too late at night. We were obviously placed in a section where people paid less like Expedia which was maddening. Person below us was living there. Breakfast area and common areas are clean and inviting but the rooms (at least ours) was DISGUSTING!!!
