The front desk agent had no energy, she did not provide details of breakfast or amenities at the front desk. A few outlets did not work. The shower is terrible - it was either boiling hot water or freezing cold, no in between. Pillows are absolutely flat. Walls are thin as you could clearly hear neighbors conversation.

Quiet. Very calm. Didn’t like that there was no where to fill my water tho only ice machine. If you want water you have to buy one from the vending machine (Dasani) Also lady in the front didn’t seem welcoming at all.

Centrally located a very good hotel. Next door is a McDonald's and very near is a Gas Station with Convenience Store open 24 hours. Cofee-Maker in my room was not working. I will DEFINITELY recommend this Hotel to the Travellers, regardless of purposes of their trips!

While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a few things that prospective travels should consider. The property is older- I would guess it was built in the late 80's or early 90's, based on the fixtures- but the upkeep has been very effective, so that didn't take away from my experience. If you're expecting modern chic, I recommend looking elsewhere; I really enjoyed the "vintage luxury" vibes. Staff were also excellent- everywhere you look, there is a sincere effort to satisfy guests. The breakfast was good, but some of the other guests were very rude; still, this can happen anywhere, so you really can't blame the hotel itself. The pool and fitness areas were very fun and well-kept, but the pool is not heated, so it would take 100-degree temperatures to justify a dip; also, the hot tub is in desperate need of a resurface. The location was a little sketchy, and we frequently observed homeless people in the parking lot; however, hotel staff seemed very adept at keeping them out of the building itself. Again, this was a very enjoyable stay, and I do recommend it, but there are some major eccentricities that you should consider before booking.

The cleaning crew is what makes this place so great. I’ve been to this hotel over 10 times and 9/10 this place is spotless with a clean scent to the room. The only negative experience was because the ac didn’t work but not su much about cleanliness. The building is a bit old but still looks good overall. The front staff are good, not super friendly but good enough. The male manager there does a great work. The suites need a bit of renovation but overall a great experience.
