Breakfast optional was not good ..... coffee, muffins , yogurt and oranges. No milk or juice. Some cups and utensils would be nice. I ordered takeout and didnt get utensils so i had to go ask downstairs .... Lucky they had plastic forks . Other then that friendly staff and room d details are correct.

Very nice staff & check-in was a breeze. Room was also very clean & beds were comfortable. One minor complaint. The noise from foot traffic overhead & in the corridor outside of our second floor room. Note for guests who plan on cooking: Every cupboard & drawer in our kitchenette was empty, so you may want to ask for what you’ll need when checking in.

Breakfast? Granola bars and fruit doesn’t equate to “breakfast included”. Got there to check in and was informed that the elevator was down the for the weekend and we were already assigned to a room on the 3rd floor. Was told that there was no way to change and no willing to work won’t the price. The manager “just left for the weekend”. What a way to manage your property. Leave at 3pm, when guests start checking in and leave it to your brand new staff to take the heat with their hands tied. I’d never recommend a place that the managers don’t back up their staff or help out.

Pros: there was room for the night and the front desk was accommodating. He described there was a water break early on and that was the last room for the night. Room was spacious and with a nice kitchen area Cons: room had dirty floors- looks like it wasn’t swept or mopped. The kitchen drawers still has leftover garlic and spices and the shower had a hair or 2. The worst part was the AC- the thermostat was on heat all night so it was so uncomfortable to sleep. Good thing we were there for just 1 night. There was no breakfats either to we just left early.

The amenities were run down and not dealt with timely. For example microwave in room and common area were not working. Said there was supposed to be coffee all the time but not true. Only thing was place was clean enough to stay at.
