Whether you are visiting for Spring Training baseball, golf, seasonal travel, or simply a quiet getaway, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Guests consistently tell us they love the peaceful setting and the beautiful views right from the backyard patio.
The backyard is truly the highlight of the property. Step outside and enjoy your own private pool while overlooking the golf course. The covered patio provides comfortable seating for relaxing in the shade, while the backyard includes a propane BBQ grill, a fire-pit bar height table with seating for six, and a fun mini putting green so you can practice your short game while enjoying the view.

Pool heating is available for guests who would like to enjoy the pool during cooler months. The pool can be heated for $65 per day with a three day minimum. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please let us know ahead of time so everything can be ready when you arrive.

Inside the home you will find a comfortable and thoughtfully prepared space designed to make your stay easy and relaxing. The living areas are comfortable and inviting, and the home is stocked with many of the things travelers appreciate having available during their stay.

All bedrooms and living spaces include smart TVs so you can easily log into your favorite streaming services and enjoy a movie night after a day out exploring the area.

The guest bedroom has been set up to comfortably accommodate families or additional guests and includes bunk beds along with a full size bed, giving the room flexible sleeping arrangements.

For guests who enjoy a little friendly competition, the home also includes board games and an Xbox for evenings spent relaxing indoors.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay, and the home is prepared with comfortable linens, fresh towels, and pool towels so everything is ready for you to settle in and enjoy your visit.

This property is located in the charming Coyote Lakes community, a peaceful golf course neighborhood situated between Peoria and Sun City West. The location offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses, and many of the events and attractions that bring visitors to the Phoenix area each year.

Surprise Stadium, home to the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals Spring Training, is only about five miles away. The home is also conveniently located near Barrett Jackson, the Waste Management Phoenix Open, Phoenix Raceway, and many other seasonal events throughout the Valley.
