Staff was pleasant, room seemed pretty beat up. The bedding was clean, but because the room was in rough shape it didn't feel very clean. Our friends stayed in a hotel near by that was a 3 star and paid the same as us, but their hotel was much nicer.

From the moment I checked in to checked out...the staff were awesome. Welcoming and know the area to recommend food. I checked in a few minutes before the pool closed...so she let me take a quick swim before closing it. THAT is customer service. Thank you!

The room was good the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were small but I usually bring my own anyway. The pool was nice and the spa tub was great. I didn’t think I had asked for an accessible room but that’s what we got. No closet, just a hang bar and shelf. Just walk-in shower with a chair.
