Nice hotel, needs to service rooms more often!

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. It would be nice to get the room made up more than every 3 days. I know it's in the name of eco friendliness but at least bring new towels and take out the trash. Seems to me that the eco friendliness probably saves the hotel a lot of money on cleaning staff! Electricity did go off on our first night but not hotels fault. Bed was a little firm for me and I hated the pillows. They were noisy with any movement, even breathing. Overall I would probably stay there again.

Great amenities and fantastic staff. My only complaints are not enough water pressure to take a decent shower (especially if you’re trying to get conditioner out of your hair) and the air conditioning never cooled our room.
