This beautiful fully renovated historic bungalow is centrally located in downtown Phoenix. With high end appliances and comfortable foam mattresses your comfort is guaranteed. This home features a gas fire place inside as well as a gas fireplace outside for entertaining. Enjoy the grill and outdoor seating underneath the bistro lighting for a perfect evening. There is a fenced in trampoline for the children to enjoy and your well behaved pet is welcome.

This property features two bedrooms with one queen bed and two twin beds, the children are welcome with a crib and baby items available upon request.
