Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4 pm, as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready, no earlier than 2 pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government-issued ID, a matching selfie, and a credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification, and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. House Rules Required
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted to our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous to the neighbors during your stay.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze up if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
