This home is perfect for couples or small families as there is only one full bath. This was one of the first VRBO properties that we've stayed at that included all the toiletries (even kleenex!). We liked having a big screen TV in the master bedroom (king size bed) and access to Amazon Prime. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed having parks and restaurants all within walking distance. The location is close to the NASCAR track and 2 of the baseball spring training parks, which is why we were there. The host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are planning a trip to the Phoenix area!
