The room was a good size however the electric shades were not fully functional and the wires were exposed. A metal piece fell out of the window. The hotel was aware of the condition of the shades because they had a part on order. Patrons pay for a fully functional room. It should not have been in use until ready for use. The room did not initially cool but was addressed and it was clear that the filter had not been changed. The hotel offered a courtesy dinner and rewards points for the inconvenience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cambria in Chandler,AZ and I can say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had the best night's sleep. The hotel's location is ideal, situated close to local stores like Target and restaurants yet still providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. I particularly enjoyed the on-site food service where I indulged in a delicious breakfast and dinner. The staff was attentive and polite. One of the highlights of my stay was the pool area, which was well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to relax. Overall, my experience here exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can't wait to return!
