Perfect backyard, amazing location and ver responsive hosts!

Loved it! I’m local to Phoenix and was going through a renovation. I stayed for 2.5 weeks and was able to work from the kitchen with the help of reliable and fast internet and could keep up with laundry with a machine on the property. I really enjoyed the Arizona room looking out to the partially shaded and pretty backyard. The pool was great for a morning swim with an iced coffee during the hot AZ summer. My 2 small dogs also loved running around the yard chasing birds. Really enjoyed how close I was to restaurants like The Fry Bread House and Kid Sister. The grocery store was also only a couple of minutes away. The hosts were so kind and very responsive to any requests I had. Would absolutely rent from Brooke’s rental again!!

I would suggest more organized bedding situation, sheets and blankets for couch sleeping, pillow cases for extra pillows that are there.BUT The big one was no one told us we would be woke by a 8;30 am Saturday lawn crew, I am glad no one got bit by my 2 dogs.

My daughter and I sought some sun and R&R during her winter break from college. This cute bungalow really met all our needs. Short jaunt from the airport with a rental car. Cozy, comfortable and spacious. You should consider staying here for the decor alone - eclectic, bauhaus chic. Loved the location; my daughter went running daily and we felt the location was quiet and safe. Lots of cool places to see and dine within half a mile. Would love to come back again sometime when it’s warmer and we can use the beautiful pool! Hosts made sure we had everything we needed and had lovely fresh flowers as a special touch.
