WORST HOTELS.COM EXPERIENCE YET

I booked this hotel for 7 days but cancelled the last 5 because I was so miserable. I only booked it bc it had a gym but I never even went to the gym being so unhappy with the room. The shower was disgusting and very worn down, I think the faucet was attached with tape and there was not even warm water- just cold. Now it has been 2.5 months and I am still waiting for the refund for my cancellation. Consider yourself warned. This was the WORST HOTELS.COM EXPERIENCE I have ever had. No not book this, you will be severely disappointed.

Great hotel for business or vacation

First time in Phnom Penh...was given hotel recommendation from government employer because just a few blocks from office. Was too expensive for my long-term stay budget so manager found us another place on river that is incredible! Excellent service, great breakfast comes with room.

Noise at Sokha Club

First let me say that I like the hotel a lot. Rarely have I experienced such a capable and attentive staff. Always a smile for all the customers. The problem is with the design of the hotel. There is a karaoke club on the 3rd of 6 floors. The loud thumping noise easily carries to the 5th floor on one side of the building until 2am. Impossible to sleep if one is a light sleeper. After I was moved to the other side of the buliding I could not hear the music anymore. Unfortunately there is a restaurant on the 6th floor above that side of the building and one can hear the music until an hour past closing and then the noise of moving chairs lasted another hour. But at least I could sleep after midnight. Someone should have put the loud Karaoke room somewhere else or have had proper soundproofing.

まずお部屋、綺麗にはしてますがエアコンから湿っぽい匂いがしてました。水道水は飲めないのでボトル２本サービスで用意されてます。 確かにカラオケの音が５階の部屋まで響いてきましたね。 朝食付きのプランでしたがレストランで注文する形式でアメリカンブレックファースト注文しましたが追加はなしでした。伝票にサインしましたが請求はあがってきてませんでした。メニューはコンチネンタル、アメリカン、日本食がありました。ただ日本食は追加がかかるかについてはわかりません。 館内に日本食レストランがありました。

Greit og sentralt hotel. Bodde i 5. etasje. En del støy fra dico / karaoke, men de ga seg ca 02:00. Tror det var roligere i etasjene under. Veldig hyggelig og service vennlig betjening.

値段相応だと思います。部屋もまあ快適でした。 ただカラオケクラブが有名なようで、（トゥクトゥクの運転手が言っていました）、夜１２時くらいまで階下のカラオケの音が部屋に聞こえてきました。気になる人はいやかもしれません。 ただ、王宮など観光名所にも近くて、ロケーションはいいと思います。 ホテルの近くにはレストランも並んでいますし、スーパーもありますので、一人旅やビジネスで訪れる人にはいいのではないでしょうか。
