Main Floor: The heart of the home features an open-plan living area with a warming electric fireplace and Smart TV. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stainless Viking appliances, a Keurig and pour-over coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, spices, and ample dishware. This level also includes a comfortable queen bedroom, a half-bathroom with a laundry space, and access to an outdoor deck with a dining set and BBQ grill.
Third Floor: Here you will find two bedrooms. The primary suite offers a queen bed, a private ensuite bathroom, its own fireplace, and a private deck overlooking Philipsburg. The second bedroom is perfect for families, featuring a double bed and a twin bunk bed. A second full bathroom is also located on this floor.
Top Floor: This level hosts a serene queen bedroom with a private half-bath and fireplace. It also provides access to the home's crown jewel: the rooftop sky lounge, which features a TV, fireplace, and multiple seating areas to soak in the views. (Note: The rooftop lounge is available during summer months only).
For Families: A Pack ’n Play is also provided for those traveling with little ones.
Your own vehicle is necessary for getting to the property and for exploring Philipsburg. There are no taxis or driving services available in the area. It is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months. The road to The Perch is regularly plowed, but Montana weather is unpredictable and the roads can become icy or covered in snow between plows. Snow tires or chains are also highly recommended in severe weather.
