The over experience at the hotel was excellent. However, suggested improvement opportunities are as follows: 1) Voucher program was not clearly explained. Moreover, customers should not the charged a fee if they opt not to use the voucher. Customers are coerced into the aforementioned by default; 2) Customers do not have free access to WiFi without being charged to access this feature; 3) The daily cost of valet parking is outrageously priced, even if customers do not move their vehicle. We were charged a daily amount and never moved the vehicle for our 3 day stay. These costs are so inflated and strong deterrents to lodge at this hotel for future visits to the area.

Great boutique hotel

This is such a cute hotel! Very clean and the location to the convention center can't be beat for the price and quality. Beautiful views of downtown Philly

The hotel is beautiful and the location is amazing. Staff is great, but the hotel seems understaffed. I had to go downstairs to pick up food because they had one staff member there. Fully staffed, this would be a superb hotel.

As other reviews note the destination fee is a plain and simple rip-off. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights, $100 of destination fees, but they would only count $25 towards well over $100 of charges. Manager was terrible and showed the print on the back of a card as proving their policy. Of course we had never seen the card prior to check out! Also the valet parking should be called the valet wait and wait and wait.

Great Hotel

We will definitely stay here again in the future. Everything at this hotel is great. Centrally located and at Christmas, we were across the street from the Christmas Market.

We loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and the lobby was beautiful. The front desk staff was helpful upon our arrival. We were VERY disappointed that the bar closed early on Saturday night, after we were informed that it would be open til midnight. We were celebrating a birthday and had returned to the hotel after a show to have celebratory drinks. We were left high and dry on a special birthday evening. Not right at all!!!!!
