We loved the townhouse it was beautiful, spacious, colorful, everyone could have their own privacy if needed, balconies and the rooftop were great! We just had a very hard time with the parking situation... only 2hr parking so I got two 26 parking tickets. Otherwise it was very enjoyable!!!

Great spot for a weekend with friends! A group of us stayed here for a weekend and the house was perfect for our needs; bedrooms were spacious for 8 adults, the outdoor patio was perfect for Saturday brunch, and the roof deck was great for watching the sunsets. The house is was ideally located; a quick drive to the stadiums in South Philly and walkable to Passyunk. Ryan was a great host; very responsive and the house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay.

Great Spot in South Philly
Ryan was a great host, very easy to reach for questions & the home was perfect. We came in as a big group & there was plenty of space for us to include the babies & kiddos.The space was nice & clean which is much appreciated, my favorite part was the attention given to the rooftop with all the seating & games. I will definitely book again & highly recommend.
