When I chose this hotel I must have been looking at the description of somewhere else, seriously. Absolutely the filthiest place I have ever stayed. Soiled/stained carpeting, bedspreads also stained, which made us hesitant to even sleep on the beds. An awful bathroom (tub especially), 2 sets of towels, washcloths and hand towels were more like rags used for cleaning, totally useless. The hairdryer had a plug (not plugged in) that was cracked and possibly a fire or electrocution waiting to happen. The smoke detector was totally missing from the wall, also a fire hazard. The in room coffee maker did not even have enough coffee packets for 2 cups of coffee, and the little plastic cup for the pod was completely missing. We used instant coffee which we travel with. If I could have gotten a refund upon arriving and seeing this disgraceful accommodation I would have left immediately and spent the night elsewhere. This place should be condemned and shut down. Needless to say we did not even go for the “free breakfast”. We stayed in room 112, and if interested I have photos to prove my statements. Expedia should not be promoting this hotel in any way!

The room was comfortable and the staff were welcoming. As far as negatives, some of the amenities didn’t work. We weren’t able to adjust the A/C, the ice machine was out on the second floor so you had to walk down stairs to get ice. and we kept having trouble getting the tv to connect to the correct tv input. Not to mention there is only one trash can in the entire room and that’s in the bathroom. As a suggestion we would recommend having the towel rack closer to the sink instead of over the toilet. Lastly be aware that there is no elevator so keep that in mind when booking.

The Room had no smoke detector, dresser was dangerous drawers wouldn't close had to put Garbage can in front to keep closed ran into them out hurt myself brought things to there attention and the woman said ohh so sorry about that

Very outdated!!! The smallest tv that I've encountered. There was food in the microwave crumbs on the carpet when I moved the ottoman and the mattress!!!! Oh my!!! When is the last time that I have slept on a BOXSPRING MATTRESS? It hurt my back and my wife complained about it. The lady from India that we spoke with upon checkout was really nice and was concerned about the situation. Cuddos to her!!!

Not complaining but making observation.

We are elderly with limited mobility and this hotel had no walk-in showers. Breakfast menu left a little to be desired. No fruit or meat items. The waffle machine did notify when waffles were done.

We did not stay. Gum in the carpet hair in the beds hair in the bathtub hair on the sink nasty. I don't know if I'll get my money back or not but there's no way we can stay there. Poor maintenance poor housekeeping nasty!

The one thing I did not like about this hotel is it doesn’t have an elevator. One of the ladies that came to Philadelphia with us, has a bad ankle and had issues with going up and down stairs.

The staff was very friendly. However the place need to be updated. The carpet need to be taking out. Some towels had stains on them. The shower had loose parts hanging from the shower head. The inside of the place need an overhaul
