The space was exceptionally clean and a great layout. The bed was very comfortable! The lighting wasn’t great and the remotes didn’t work properly. Also i didn’t realize that the restaurants they advertise are not on the property but at the Casino about a mile away. They do offer a free shuttle back and forth though. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a big deal. We would stay again.
I was happily surprised that the room looked like the pictures in the website. It was modern and very comfortable. More than enough space. Really nice.
The transportation to the casino was fast and easy. We ate at Sapore. It was delicious. I highly recommend them.
Overal everything was excellent
Great accommodations. But, I went to park at night. Lot was full I began to back out. Security guard stopped me moved some cones and told me to park against the building. Felt weird to be parked there so I asked him if I was gonna be okay. He said yeah yeah it’s fine. I still had a weird feeling so I asked the front desk before going up to my room about it. He also assured me it was fine. Wake up leave in the morning. I was ticketed as well as a bout a dozen other cars. I see the cop ticketing outside and I asked him what’s up? The hotel told me I could park here. He chuckled. That’s funny because they called us to ticket these cars. So I return inside same person was at the desk that was there the last night. I go hey buddy. You said I’d be good to park there and show him my ticket. He said he has no control of the cops ticketing. I laugh and repeated what he said to me the night before. I’m calm and wished him good luck with the other 12 quests that will be pretty pissed when they leave today. Reached out to the hotel directly through email and no response.
Our one-night stay at Riversuites at the Battery was a pleasant surprise. I knew that we were staying in a suites hotel, but wasn't prepared for the size or quality of the room and amenities. The kitchen and living area offered every feature one could need, between appliances, dishes and cutlery and a comfy couch and big TV. The room plan was well-thought-out and modern, if a little bit worn in places. The bed was very comfortable. The location was convenient to a nice park, the casino and other attractions including the Punch Line comedy club and The Fillmore music venue. Overall, I give Riversuites an enthusiastic thumbs up.
Lovely stay, but the breakfast included was not to the level we expected from the rest of our experience. No options for folks with allergies and mostly prepackaged stuff.
I stayed for two nights over July 4 and thought the hotel was a really good find. On the Delaware River, next to a park, apartment style rooms, on site parking. i would stay here again.
It is listed as part of a casino but that isnt on site and a shuttle can take you there on request. Apparently the property didn't allow kids but it does now. That hasnt caught on yet and my stay was quiet and peaceful.
I thought I had purchased a park view room but was placed in a room with no way to see out at first. Fortunately the AC wasn't working in that room and the staff quickly placed me in the park facing room I thought I had booked. The room was lovely. I was able to watch july 4th fireworks from
My room.
I recommend that they develop the river side of the property; pay attention to the wear and tear on the rooms when they are minor and entertain at least on on-site tea- coffee house- and bar- though the casino apparently has all of those things. breakfast was not up to snuff.
Visiting family in Fishtown. We have stayed at the Riversuites before and overall a very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Very comfortable suite with nice kitchen amenities. The only quirks that I can mention are the TV's and Internet. Both times the TV's have either not worked (Internet issues) and the remotes have been weird. Have to use living remote to control power and volume and bedroom remote to control channels. Again, minor inconvenience but not a huge deal. The front staff is very friendly, and security is present and felt secure.
