Room was clean and updated, staff was horrible not friendly not willing to help seemed to be lacking any type of training on answering questions hotel lay out was extremely inconvenient for families although close to the stadiums (which is why we chose it) making it a convenient overall location navigating around the hotel without going on the casino floor took all of that away
