My friend and I spent one night here to watch go to the Phillies game, and it did not disappoint! The staff were kind, and there were no issues whatsoever with the room we got! Check in and out were quick. Would recommend!!

The front desk ladies were very friendly and polite. Our room was spacious and clean. There was a shuttle that dropped us off at the concert venue we were attending. We enjoyed live music in the casino and the pizza was really good at one of the restaurants.

Disappointed

After a long wait to check in, I did ask for a room where the air conditioning worked well. Our room was by no means cool nor did it get cool. We even shut the blinds and put the A/C on the lowest setting and as cool as it got was 72. When we got there it was 73. Also we at breakfast at Prime Rib but had to ask more than once for jelly/jam for toast, we asked for syrup was told they would be right back with it but never got it. Also had to ask for more water & didn’t keep our coffee cups full but instead just gave me a cup to go. I still tipped the waitstaff well but really was disappointed in the service. Then at check out I was never asked about my stay or if I had any concerns but all they did was put their hand out for my room cards & when I asked if I was all set they said yes & told me to have a nice day. You could smell the smoke from the Casino & it stinks because you have to walk through all that to get to any of the food they offer in there, do we never get the opportunity to try any of those places. This stay was worse than the last.
