The little area the mini fridge was stored in had a broken door, there was urine at the bottom of the toilet that someone missed while cleaning, the elevator's down button did not work on the 4th floor, there was broken tiles on the shower wall as well as something red. My family and I spent very little time at property as the purpose of the trip was to visit family.

When arrive the guy have me a room with somebody already in it . Then he gave me another room with a tv that was not working . Never got my King size bed that I request. My stay was not good I really want my money back.

Horrible overnight stay. Person said they were renovating which was fine. BUT>>>> Window in room only had a sheer curtin no other curtin to cover window,bathroom shower head was coming out of the wall, and a fan was in the shower, yes odd. there are 2 elevators but one wasnt working had to wait for the workers to go up and down 4 times before i could get out of the hotel. I get they are renovating but no way would I stay there again. Should have left it the Marriott at least they are polite and have hotel standards

What I didn’t like is that they close door at 11 pm and open them at 7 am and what about the ppl that smoke ? That wanna take a walk or something. Yesterday they let me lock outside my friend had to go and find a door so we could get into the hotel… Horrible
