Well appointed room. Had room which was a long walk from elevator up stairs and down to end of ling hallway. I think all rooms on 9th floor are like this. Bathroom sink was just a trickle. Loud high pitched sound in lobby.

The apartment we rented was great for a longer stay, even though we were only passing through for the night. The Institute, right next to the entrance, was so convenient and good! Definitely need to arrange for parking. The street parking was very full

Clean room. Easy parking. Close to so many things. The one thing i would recommend to anyone staying here, is be sure to check your email the day of for pre check-in verification. I didnt see it until i was on my way, and it would have saved having to pull over to get it done.

Booked a penthouse with two rooms and sofa bed. Got a studio with one bed and couch, Expedia said no units where available for upgrade, and property owners said there were but had to receive the upgrade through Expedia.

There really should be contact information in the room. There was no power in the main bedroom and bathroom when we first arrived. I could not find a way to contact anyone. I located the electrical box and flipped the switch. The power was restored to those rooms. The 1st night I was able to park in front of the building. The 2nd night I was unable to, so decided to park in the designated parking area. I was really disappointed that I had to pay for 3 nights ( length of my stay) when I only needed it the 2nd two nights. The app for paying wouldn't let me change the number of days. The place was clean, however my toddlers feet were black after running around for an hour. For the price, not a place I will stay at again.
