The room was clean. The shower head was very dirty, filled with soap scum and just didn’t look cleanly at all. When I had inquired about extra pillows or blankets for the pull out couch. I was told “ we don’t have anymore” I explained that I needed them considering I had 4 guests and was only left 3 pillows. I was told everyone else took them already. I was asked if I wanted a rolled up sheet to act like a pillow. Which I feel is an unacceptable answer. Not really sure how a response like that can be given to a guest paying to stay in a hotel. Her overall demeanor seemed to be that she was bothered by my questions. She was just adamant that the hotel ran out of pillows and blankets.

The customer service was outstanding the staff were very helpful and friendly all the staff greeted me with a smile and happiness the breakfast was sooo good and the most of all the hotel was very clean inside and out I will be staying there again .

Quick shuttle pickup, large and clean room, friendly staff, Cracker Barrell across the lot and a nice breakfast. For having an unplanned stay, Homes2 Suites was a great place to stay.
