I am a Hilton Honors Member for many years, I think that even though one of my children paid for my stay thru a third party, if at check out I’m given the option of a printed receipt I don’t thinks it’s professional for the front desk person to then look at her screen say “Sorry you book through 3rd party, you can’t get a printed receipt, you’ll get an email. The hotel was empty and couldn’t even get a late checkout. Need a little adjusting on customer service without the turned up lips and attitude!
