The parking lot was small and somewhat unaccommodating. After checkin I had to circle the hotel a couple of times to find a spot. I wasn’t really sure where their parking ended and the other business’ parking began. The staff seemed un-interested in being there. During check in i was handed the form to fill out while the counter person returned to her phone. When I asked a question I had to repeat it because she was more invested in what was on her phone. Initially when I called to ask for an early check in I was prompted to join ihg rewards. After giving all of the info I was told there’s no guarantee that the room will be ready which is understandable. Then I was immediately thrown into a sales pitch to buy another trip that I would be reimbursed for. When I called the morning of as prompted by my previous call, I was informed that there were no housekeepers in yet at 8 am and no one had checked out. We stopped at 1 pm to check availability and were met with yet more disinterest and a quick ”your room hasn’t even been turned over yet” Overall the room was okay. We weren’t sure if we were in someone else’s room though because the tv was left on when we came in. The hotel seemed in general dis-repair due to easily remedied scuffs and marks throughout the hallway and room that were not fixed i.e. scuffs on the walls etc. Overall the room was fine for our one night stay but left much to be desired!
