The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The property was under construction and had limited seating for breakfast. The breakfast was good though. There were lots of things within walking distance (historic places and restaurants).

Room was clean and comfortable. The street sound kept us up most of the night. Staff was friendly. Lobby under construction and not a lot of room to move around and was packed at 10am for the buffet breakfast with limited tables.

This location is across the street from Penns landing and the Cherry Street Pier. There are food options across the street and a 10 minute walk around the corner. Breakfast on site is free and pretty good. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is amazing. Renovations are going on during the day on certain floors- without guests and the evenings are quiet.

Really noisy from traffic

I did love the view from my room and the first person I encountered at the front desk was very accommodating. What I didn't like was the place could use a good steam cleaning. The floors were in need of a thorough cleaning and there was debree everywhere on the floor I resided on.

There was a parking attendant to help with parking arrangements. Front desk very helpful in suggesting cheesesteak restaurant (Tony and Nick's Steak) and also ordering pizza and wings (City View Pizza) Both great suggestions. Pier across the hotel, great place to relax by the water in the evenings, amazing Taco food truck towards the back of the pier . Walking distance to the Liberty Bell and to the Franklin Park (15 minutes walk) Clean rooms, updated rooms. Breakfast was hot and restocked as needed

The hotel was under construction, limited seats for breakfast, there was only one elevator working. Stayed in the 3rd floor, woken up by construction men giggling and yelling outside our door at 7:00 am. The shower drainage took forever to drain. The hotel was being remodeled when we visited, but they put us on the 10th floor so we would not hear any of the construction. The room we were in was newly remodeled, and very clean. My only complaint was the road outside was very noisy, and hated having to pay an additional $37 a day to park, when anyone (non hotel guests,) could park there for only $20. Other than that it was a totally fine stay, we felt safe, it was clean, and the breakfast was good.
