The stay was very great when my family got there we check in straight away the front desk clerk was very respectful, professional, friendly, positive attitude, always smiling, and welcoming us everything was great but i wish that it would have waffles instead overall it was great so we would recommend this to my other family members, friends formal coworkers/supervisors.

Staff were nice and very accommodating. Complementary breakfast was excellent. Felt like I was sleeping in a hole on the mattress, bathroom was very small, and the rugs were kind of gross. We literally got stuck in the elevator because we exceeded the four person capacity while the other elevator was out of order. Lobby furniture was old also.

Room we stayed was supposed to be non-smoking, but smell of smoke was everywhere. Staff at reception at check-in wasn't friendly at all, basic questions we asked were responded with raised eye-browse and repeating the same thing back to us over. For the price charged for one night stay they could really do a better job keeping rooms smoke-free and also perhaps teaching their reception basics in customer greeting and interaction.

Other than not being able to turn off the lights in room it was ok, thankfully there were extra towels to cover the lights that I could not turn off
