We were given a ground floor unit which had heavy foot traffic and the noise from other adjoining rooms could be heard...The pool jad a film of dust over it which i believe came from existing upgrade construction.

Well to start with the hotel is under renovation. But its a full renovation and its not fit for people to stay at, other than the room i stayed the hotel is a mess, all construction equipment is in the parking lots and takes up so many car parking spaces. I was told I had to park my car across the road in another companies parking lot… On top of all this, the nightly fee for a room was extremely high for the quality on offer! The pool was filthy too.

They are under renovations. The fire alarm went off around 6:00 am on Saturday morning. We had to evacuate. It went off again later in the morning but came off after about two seconds. The upstairs railing/bannister is being repaired but was still hazardous if a small child escaped from a parent. There were beer bottles in our trash bin from the last guest. We were on the second floor and the drapes did not provide privacy they were thin and light.

Very disappointed that there were no parking available for customers due to construction. Guest was instructed to park across the street at a hospital parking lot and walk over which was a bit of a journey. I returned to the hotel around 2am and felt uncomfortable walking that distance alone with high heels on. There was no accommodation. I think guest should be offered a discount

Room was nice and clean

It was nice and clean. We had everything we needed no problems. There was construction going on on the first floor, but it didn’t really bother us. Great breakfast can’t really complain.

Unfortunate timing

Our room was newly renovated and therefore beautiful, but the hotel was under construction at the time and so both the pool and the hot breakfast were a no-go. Two of the main draws for picking this very hotel! So the kids were disappointed and so were we. It’s a shame when some of the amenities you’re paying for are not available when you arrive. Is not like you get a discount for the pool being closed or the advertised hot breakfast changed to continental…

Terrible Experience!

This hotel was under serious construction with furinture scatted all over the parking lot, the recpetion was uninformative and unhelpful, most the rooms were taken up by the construction workers, the pool was closed, our ac was seriously leaking and when reported we were told theyd put a ticket in and that was it, there was a make shift railing made up of tiny pieces of wood and caution tape, sheets and plastic hung up everywhere. We got to the hotel late at night due to traveling and being with our dying uncle so we could not leave that night and sucked it up but checked out promptly the next morning. We spent most of our weekend trying to get the third party booking site to reach the hotel for a refund for our second night but nobody at the hotel wanted to be bothered with answering calls or repsonding to emails. This was a horrific experience at one of the worst possible times. You cannot not give someone the right to a refund if your hotel is under serious construction and they dont feel safe there.
