I rated this as an overall "terrible" experience due to the fact that upon arriving in my room, I pulled down the covers to find that while the bed had been made, the sheets had NOT been changed out! The sheets were wrinkled from a body having slept on them and they were covered with hair and lint! I was so grossed out! I called the front desk asking for new sheets but they took so long to get them to me that I actually went to them and asked for another room. They were able to accommodate me but I felt dirty the entire time I was there.

I sent pictures to the management there were stains on the bed-Water damage all over the window- sill and what looked like mold! I travel half the yr and never had this type of room- Management was emailed with pictures and no response- Not surprised!!! Both rooms were a complete mess- I stayed for only 1 night and left as soon as possible!!!
