I was not sent the check in information when I was promised. I couldn’t speak to someone on the phone. Parking was unsafe. Communication was terrible. The photos are misleading of the area around this place. Do not stay here.

Honestly, I felt a bit bullied into giving this review which in and of itself adds a negative tone for me. I was sent a message (while still on property during my stay) that stated a review was “required” and would impact getting my incidental deposit back in a timely manner. So, here goes: I was originally sent the wrong address from Orbitz so I spent the first few mins looking for the location which happen to be several blocks away from where it actually was. After getting the proper address, checking in was a bit confusing but once inside the place and its layout was nice. The furniture was a bit ran down but the property itself was clean. comfortable bed but the odor from my sheets didn’t give me the impression that they were cleaned well from the previous stay. High ceilings and plenty of room did make it cozy. Fairly quiet block and private. Just wish some of the protocols were handled differently. Overall I wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t a totally bad experience. The welcoming towel/soap combo on the bed was a nice touch. All the best,

This place is true to its name!! Cozy and chic. I came with my boyfriend and another couple and had plenty of space to move around and not feel tight. Downtown is only about a 10 minute drive and the manager was very polite over the phone

It was a comfortable place to stay. The AC in the living didn't work all that good. Portable AC unit in kitchen work good but no AC in main bedroom. Could use more kitchen items i.e. over ware items and species. Really bad smell in the bathroom not sure what it was. For the amount that you pay it would be nice to have wifi. Paying extra for water and electrical is brutal. Wrong address is listed on listing.
