I had booked a stay at Hotel Canopy by Hilton for a particular day and somehow the dates were changed while I was booking the room without me realizing it. I booked a nonrefundable reservation, so when I immediately reached out to the hotel, they said I had to go through Hotels.com to see what they could do. Hotels.com gave me a case number and told me they would investigate to see if I could either change my reservation or get my money back. A few days later they got back to me and said that there was nothing they could do, and blamed it on the hotel. This was 2 weeks before the “mistake” reservation was to take place. I feel like since I did this by accident and it was so far in advance, they should have at least given me a credit to use at a later date. Instead, I lost $273, and no big effort was made. I have been a long time customer of Hotels.com, and this is very disappointing. I don’t usually complain but I’m not very happy!

Absolutely perfect! Seriously if you're thinking the room size may be too small, you're wrong! Amazing location, everything you need in walking distance, great staff & valet has great memory of who you are! I will never stay anywhere else. Absolutely perfect, & the bed is amazing! It was so good i had to look up who the bed & pillows were by! You will not go wrong choosing the Canopy!!

all staff were nice. The housekeeper on the way my room showed us a shortcut through the door for the stair. Lol Room was clean, bathroom was spacious-no tub but a seperation from the sink. Walkable to the Reading Terminal Market, the main road to take buses including the Phlash, and metro/rail stations. Also there was 7/11 nearby. Willing to stay again when I visit Philly.
