I had booked this stay for 2 nights but did not end up staying. My experience with this property has been a nightmare and frankly I think this place is a scam. When we arrived, the area was not the cute area in the photos, there is graffiti and debris everywhere. Then, the unit we were supposed to stay in was unlocked and the door was slightly open. The AC didn’t work. Many of the amenities listed weren’t there. The unit itself was super damaged and dirty. There was other peoples hair everywhere and crumbs all over the bedding. And on top of all of this the property owner is impossible to get ahold of. We left after 20 minutes of arrival and stayed at a different hotel and have been trying very hard to get a refund.

Our stay in Philly.

Accommodations were acceptable bed comfortable. Couldn't get the TV to work even though we downloaded the application. Nice park down the street for dog walking. Refrigerator was great.

Clean. Convenient to where I wanted to go. Lots of communication from from owners. Toiletries provided. Very safe and secure with 3 different coded doors. Free parking!

Overall place was nice with updated finishes and overall clean. The bedding and curtains were bare minimum of being cheap, inconvenient and uncomfortable. Reviews were misleading regarding the neighborhood. Neighborhood is full of abandoned buildings and homes. No uncomfortable interactions with neighbors but there is no where to go and visit/sit/dinning within immediate walking distance (you wouldn’t want to walk around the neighborhood anyways.) Park nearby was very loud during the day. Neighborhood was very quiet at night. Was easy to get to the city by car. Parking in front of the building was always easy and convenient.

What we don’t like is the room is warm, we get this property because of parking, and a place to sleep, but we can’t sleep comfortably because it’s warm, not well ventilated, windows are closed and in the Fan/Ac nothing coming out, how I wished there’s a portable or electric fan so atleast there’s an air circulating.

Too noisy from the train , A/C , refrigerator. Didnt sleep at all . You have to be quite all the time because the wood and the specific hours that the requered . I rather go to a regular hotel then staying at this place .

The room was comfortable and secure. There are cameras at the front door and hallway. The room was pretty small but it was good for the stay. It was clean as well. The hotel soap and shampoo was a nice touch. There is a mini fridge in there. Please be aware that no one who isn’t on the reservation is not permitted on the property for safety reasons or you may lose your deposit. There seems to be a property manager and an owner. The property manager had a hard time reaching the owner in regards to the stay. Other than that the stay was good!

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this hotel because of its passcode door security. Many people say that when traveling to Philly, you need to be cautious, and this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe. All the facilities are excellent and comfortable. There were no issues with this hotel at all. If I come back to Philly, I will choose this hotel again. Additionally, their customer service is very responsive and helpful.
