Service 5 at best

I waited at the front desk for 7 min w no one to be seen. Even the bartender looked for personnel. After 7 min 2 ppl showed up from outside. Confirming w them 10 min before the shuttle was supposed to leave that I don’t need a reservation for the shuttle, I waited for it then saw it leaving through the gate without stopping at the front. The building was great but staff and running of the place was totally unprofessional.

I enjoyed my stay the only caveat i have is that the pool was not heated. This was one of my best stays at a hotel it ranks up there, especially for the price in a metro area.

The lady that checked us in was amazing (did not get her name), but during the stay, some staff members were not so friendly. Checking out, the auditor was at the desk with her head down. As an executive working in hotels for over 30 years, guest service is key. The hallways are very dark..dark wallpaper, dark carpet...has a dungeon feeling. Our sink in the bathroom did not drain well. Housekeeping staff must run water in sink to ensure good drainage and if not, report to Engineering. Otherwise, hotel was good for my short visit to Philadelphia.

Breakfast Chef Earlene was 100% the best breakfast chef ever and the front desk agent Kamani was the nicest person. It would be hard to find two nicer people. There were other employees too that we came in contact with and everyone was unbelievably NICE.
