This three bedroom house is located minutes to shopping, restaurants, the train station, and Philadelphia! If you are traveling for work, there is a quiet dedicated workspace and high speed internet! Jefferson Lansdale Hospital is about one mile away. The Merck facility is about 10 minutes from the house. You will have privacy and comfort in this cozy and well-equipped home. Don’t let the age of the home fool you as it was fully renovated in 2022. All of the modern conveniences are provided, but the charm of this craftsman home remains.
