Such a wonderful stay! Wish we were there for a longer period of time. Walking distance to everything and it’s a bit tucked away. Their bar has live music and yummy bites and drinks. Breakfast is delicious. Staff is super helpful and friendly! Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel was very filthy. We changed rooms because of how dirty it was. No amenities were included. The photos don’t look like what it is in real life. Don’t be fooled. Stay elsewhere.

We had a great time here and we would gladly return. Great spa facilities and nice (paid) valet parking. We were greated at the door which is always nice, and we had complimentary fruit and water, much appreciated as well. No negatives.

Weekend getaway in Karlovy Vary October 2022.

Being it is our first stay in Karlovy Vary and we wanted to experience a Wellness Treatment in an excellent place. So selecting Carlsbad was based on great reviews by customers. It was amazing and we will definitely return for more of the Wellness Treatments, Great Customer Services, Hotel Presentations and Room Accommodations. Location is convenient to shopping districts.
