Hace frio, no hay calefaccion y la habitacion tenia una ventana grande sin vidrio, escondida por una cortina. Gravisimo error del hotel dar cuartos asi y ademas cobrar. Pesimo detalle.

O hotel é muito bom. Está passando por uma reestilização. Funcionários simpáticos… ressalva: alguns hospedes insistem em fumar em locais coletivos, especialmente na piscina, ao lado de bebês e crianças. O Hotel precisa impor regras quanto a isto, não o hóspede, até porque possui mais de 100.000 metros de área livre para que o fumante não seja tão inconveniente.

Solicitei, inúmeras Vezes ao recepcionista Maurício que me alocasse em uma suíte boa. Lembrei durante todo o mês. Ao chegar no local, me deparo com o estúdio que mais parecia um porão adaptado. Sem circulação der ar alguma. Sou hóspede há mais de 10 anos e nunca estive em uma tão ruim. Sem dúvidas foi de propósito

A equipe é muito gentil e acolhedora, todos foram muito queridos e atenciosos, ponto alto da estadia! A estrutura do hotel é realmente muito boa e o quarto é bonito e estava bem limpo. Café da manhã tem boas opções e estava bem gostoso! Fizemos massagem e foi incrível, profissionais maravilhosas! O que deixou a desejar foi o colchão, muito velho, amarelado e bem torto, voltamos com a coluna dolorida.
