Spectacular terrace overlooking the sea

House in the historic center, pedestrian area, with independent entrance, completely renovated in 2015. Living room (with double sofa bed) and bedroom with French bed and a half French bed with sea view; kitchen, bathroom and large terrace with beautiful sea view.
Equipped with hot / cold air conditioning / dehumidification.
Located in the heart of Peschici but convenient to all services (bars, restaurants and shops).
Alley central but far from the night chaos.
For those who want to go to the beach of Peschici it can be done by walking down the alleys that lead to the different shores.
Car parks available outside the historic center: both a blue zone for a fee (3 min. Walk), and in a non-paying area (max 10 min. On foot).
N. B. Due to the location of the house and the internal structure, the house is NOT suitable for families with children under the age of 6.

Bright, tastefully furnished apartment with windows framing the blue of the sky and sea, and a wide, superb terrace perched above the cliff. The place with the best view of Peschici, perfect for enjoying an aperitif, sunbathing if you don’t feel like going to the beach, and dining under a beautiful pergola. Peschici in August is quite crowded with tourists, but the apartment is located in a quiet area of the historic center, accessible only on foot. Cars must be parked on the outer streets, paying some attention to the parking hours (in the evening it’s not easy to find a spot nearby). The owner, Paola, very kind and helpful, provides guests with her personal guide to the Gargano, full of historical, scenic, and cultural references, along with tips on beaches, restaurants, and unmissable food and wine specialties. Better than a Lonely Planet. We followed her suggestions and were always satisfied.

LA MAGIA DI PESCHICI

Non ci eravamo mai stati a Peschici Luogo Magico...con il MARE CHE LUCCICA.. proprio come la canzone di Lucio Dalla.. La casa dove abbiamo soggiornato si trova nel centro storico. Dotata di ogni comfort e con una vista mare mozzafiato. Paola la proprietaria favolosa...disponibile.. attenta ..dandoci sempre indicazioni utili sia per quanto riguarda i locali...le spiaggie e luoghi da visitare. Grazie Paola. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Beautiful sophisticated apartment in old part of Peschici Lovely views over the sea. Central to all restaurants and amenities. Good communication with owner…altogether fabulous. My only wish was the apartment had Wi-Fi!

Bella casa, completamente climatizzata, con fantastico terrazzo sul mare. Traumhaus in Peschici

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Es liegt am Rande des CentrO Storico, so dass man entscheiden kann, ob man sich dem Trubel von Peschici hingibt oder ihn lieber meidet. Auf jeden Fall sind die Wege kurz, egal ob zu Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Selbst der Strand ist über einen kleinen Spaziergang zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern!Die Verwalterin hatte Obst (es reichte für den ganzen Aufenthalt) und Tomaten mit Büffelmozzarella besorgt. Toll war auch die Kommunikation mit Paola, der Vermieterin. Sie stand immer zur Verfügung per WhatsApp und rief bei unserer Ankunft sogar an um sicherzustellen, dass wir auch heizen konnten, weil es im April so ungewöhnlich kalt war. Sehr hilfreich und schön zu lesen sind die vielen Tipps von Paola für Restaurants und Ausflugstipps. Da merkt man, dass Paola einen Bezug zu dem Ort hat und das Haus nicht nur ein Mittel zum Geld verdienen ist.Vielen Dank für alles!

Bereits das zweite mal dort gewesen. Es hat uns auch diesmal sehr gefallen. Das Highlight ist und bleibt die Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Adria! Auch sonst ist das Apartment sehr geschmackvoll und stilistisch passend eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hat viele gute Tipps zur Umgebung, Stände Restaurants , alles was man so braucht 😊 Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Traumhaft schönes Haus in Peschici

Mein Mann und ich hatten das Glück, 7 Tage in Peschici im Haus von Paola verbringen zu können. Diese Unterkunft ist ein Juwel!!! Ein mit Liebe zum Detail und hochwertigen Materialien renoviertes kleines Haus in der Altstadt von Peschici. Paola und Ihre Familie haben eine Unterkunft geschaffen, in welcher wir uns vom ersten Augenblick an zu Hause gefühlt haben. Aber am meisten haben wir uns in die Aussicht verliebt. Von der Dachterasse aus blickt man direkt aus erster Reihe auf die wundervolle Küste und das Meer von Peschici. Selbst vom Wohnbereich und aus dem Schlafzimmer erblickt man einzig das Meer und die Küste ... wunderschön und unvergesslich! Das Haus liegt ruhig in den kleinen Gassen der Altstadt, perfekt gelegen für eine abendliche Passeggiata, einen Spaziergang zum Strand oder für Ausflüge, um den Gargano zu erkunden. Aber auch alle Restaurants, Geschäfte und der Wochenmarkt sind fussläufig zu erreichen (besonders zu erwähnen ist die grandiose "Gelateria Michel" mit seinen besonderen Eiskreationen...Eiscreme auf höchstem Niveau). Wir waren im Mai hier und Peschici gefiel uns besonders durch seine authentische Art. Aber was den ganzen Aufenthalt vollkommen gemacht hat, war Paola, die Vermieterin. Sie stand uns zu jeder Zeit mit sehr individuell für uns gestalteten Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Seite und der Kontakt mit Ihr war äußerst herzlich. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen!

come a casa, ma con una terrazza mozzafiato

La casa di Paola a Peschici è arredata con gusto e pregio. Allo stesso tempo è estremamente funzionale, e fa sentire gli ospiti immediatamente a proprio agio. La terrazza è mozzafiato, incredibilmente fresca alla sera permette di cenare con amici godendo della brezza marina e sentendo solo il rumore del mare. La posizione della casa è infatti eccellente. Nel centro storico di Peschici è però in una strada estremamente silenziosa dove non arriva il vociare dei tanti turisti che affollano il paese nelle settimane agostane. Estremamente consigliata!

Few days in paradise

Amazing place in the heart of the old town. You can enjoy the night life and very close you will have this quite place where you can relax with a view in the sea. You can have nice dinners or breakfast in the terrace, well perfect place that I recommend and definitively will go back!

Wunderschön

Die Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Peschici mit der grandiosen Dachterrasse ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick vom Dach ist so grandios, dass wir fast immer im Appartement gekocht haben, denn mit diesem Blick kann fast kein Restaurant mithalten! Die Kommunikation mit der überaus freundlichen und bemühten Besitzerin Paola war sehr gut. Die Anfahrt in die Altstadt war gut organisiert, wir parkten das Auto am bewachten, kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles was man braucht!

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Peschici in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Geschehen! Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Eine mega Dachterasse mit Blick auf die Adria. Ein besonderes Lob an Paola, die Gastgeberin. Der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Dingen bereits bei unserer Ankunft gefüllt (Bier, Wasser selbstgemachte Limoncello und einige andere lokale Leckereien). Der Strand ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt und war für uns fast jeden Tag das Ziel. Es gibt aber auch viel Interessantes in unmittelbarer Nähe zu entdecken. Alles in einem 5/5 Sterne, unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!

Wunderschönes Apartment mit atemberaubenden Meerblick

Das Apartment ist einfach perfekt, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und der atemberaubende Blick von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar. Super netter Kontakt. Die Besitzerin ist total sympathisch immer erreichbar, gibt super Tipps über die Region, Strände, Restaurant und das tägliche Leben. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr komfortabel mit einer traumhaften Dachterasse. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Klimaanlage die über Belüftungssystem die ganze Wohnung gleichmäßig klimatisiert! Im Hochsommer der puru Luxus. Ein ganz toller Aufenthalt.
